  • After extensive research, I decided on Costa Rica. I don't know what guided me to Dr. John Gillen: karma, divine intervention, but whatever it was, I'm so happy and content with my choice. For seven implants and crowns, I needed surgery for sinus lift, bone graft, root canals, extractions and more.
